Philippe Becker is a patent attorney with more than 25 years of experience in Biotech & Life Sciences. He spent ten years as Patent Counsel in a large pharmaceutical company in France and the US, prior to founding Becker & Associés in 1999. In his current position, he assists his clients in protecting and defending their innovations worldwide. He also advises his clients in negotiating and drafting IP-related agreements as well as in IP litigations. He has developed a strong expertise in IP due diligences for investors and often assists his clients in IPO process. He is a frequent lecturer for patent matters in Life Science and he is involved in professional associations. Philippe has a scientific background in molecular biology as well as in immunology. He also graduated from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. He is a registered French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.
