Expert in collaborative projects set-up and management, Pinar has supported since 2012 numerous research and innovation actors in obtaining funding from national and European funding programmes.

She was also involved in the evaluation of research and innovation policy measures and in support to R&I actors such as the set-up of the French National Contact Points (NCP) Network within the framework of the Horizon 2020 programme for the French Ministry of Research, the evaluation of “grappes d’entreprises” policy for the CGET, set-up of a technology transfer office in Normandie…

Previously, she worked in French National Research Funding Agency where she established a system for the follow-up of the projects funded by the Social Sciences department.
